What This Retreat Offers

This 3-day, 2-night retreat is designed for 25 women healing from the impact of another’s abuse, addiction, adultery, or abandonment—what we call 4-A behavior. Through trauma-sensitive support, she’ll be gently guided through a healing journey that restores her sense of safety, dignity, and hope.

What She Might Feel When She Leaves

We can’t predict exactly what each woman will feel — this is our very first retreat. But we can tell you what we hope she experiences, and what this space is being lovingly designed to support:

• A greater sense of safety in her own body and story
• Relief in knowing she’s not alone — not now, not ever
• Self-Compassion, which exponentially accelerates healing
• Empowerment to take steps toward safety & stability.
• The warmth of connection with women who get it
• Increased self-worth
• The beginning of new hope, even if the road is still hard

This retreat is not about “fixing” her. It’s about honoring her, her courage, and her need to heal at a pace that is individually helpful— surrounded by compassion, not comparison.

She may leave with more questions. She may leave with quiet strength.
But she will leave knowing that she matters.

Our goal is to make the retreat free or low-cost for every woman. The cost per participant is $600, with additional needs for travel and accessibility. Every donation helps remove a barrier to healing.

• $50 — A moment of peace: provides their welcome gift bag
• $200 — A day to breathe: fund one day of care
• $600 — Full sponsorship for one woman
• $800 — Sponsor + travel support
• $1800 or more — Circle of Healing Partner (3 or more women supported)
